• Cancellation by Tu Travel: We reserve the right to cancel a booking if necessary. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable.

• Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

• Our Liability: Tu Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies). We are not liable for any acts or omissions of these providers.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Tu Travel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

7. Conduct and Behavior

You are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws while traveling. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any tour without refund if your behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.
